I bring administrative skills and experience, a passion for team environments and the wish to contribute to the health and well being of individuals, communities and organisations.

Why did you get involved with Reiki Australia? 
To participate with others in a compassionate and professional healing community that supports and respects both individual and professional Reiki practice.  To support the increased availability of Professional Reiki services within the community and healthcare sectors.  To support improved health outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

Who is the real Brenda?
I'm a wildly enthusiastic advocate for wellbeing in the great outdoors and empowering individuals and community groups to discover and practice healthy sustainable lifestyles.

I became a Reiki Master in 2004  and then joined Reiki Australia - initially as a Project Team member. I am proud of the fact that I, along with other team members, started the first Reiki Share days in Tinbeerwah Hall on the Sunshine Coast. These Share Days still operate 4 times a year.

What do you bring to Reiki Australia?
In 2012 I took on the role of National Reiki Share Day Coordinator - a role that's given me the strength to grow within myself and to liaise with wonderful like-minded people.

Who is the real Ina?
I am a very quiet person but I have always felt very welcome in our Reiki family. I am so grateful to the past and present team members for their support over the years.

What do you bring to Reiki Australia?

I've had a diverse career working in various modalities of nursing, welfare, community development, child protection, violence prevention, counselling, aged care and TAFE and community education/Training. One consistent aspect of my career has been working and caring for the betterment of people- the greater good.

Why did you get involved in Reiki Australia?

I am relatively new to Reiki - I was initiated in 2017. I do see Reiki as an extension and enhancement to my Nursing/Medical/spiritual background - I have a real heart for community and “grassroots “ healing and movements that assist people to reach their full potential in life.

Who is the real Trish?
As a mother of three daughters and a grandmother of four, I am very aware of the spiritual component to life. I truly believe Reiki can help create a more compassionate, gentler and more peaceful world.

What do you bring to Reiki Australia?
I am part of a dedicated team who take care of the Reiki Australia membership application process and the management of ongoing membership requirements.

Why did you get involved with Reiki Australia?
After being retired for some time I felt the need to start doing some volunteer work. I attend the Reiki Share day at Tinbeerwah and They mentioned they needed some help in the office. That was Reiki in action and I said yes please. I love being part of Reiki Australia. Reiki is very much an important part of my life and couldn’t imagine life without it.

Who is the real Carolyn?
I am a lover of nature and people think I am nuts when I say I love snakes. I think they are so beautiful and deserve to be respected.
