About

I completed the Reiki Master level in September 2018, just before moving to Sydney, Australia and am very excited to follow the path of my mother, Jean Squires and Grandmother, Nora Squires, as well as all other Reiki Master and practitioners before them. I am very grateful to be of service to others through Reiki!

Currently I continue to practice weekly distance Reiki sessions to clients in Canada, England and occasionally other areas all around the globe.

My Journey

I was introduced to Reiki at the age of 13 by my Grandmother, Reiki Master, Nora Squires. Nan brought Reiki into our lives and surrounded us with the healing energy of Ki from then on. Through Reiki I have overcome knee and back problems from which I suffered from a very young age. Along with various physical improvements, myself, my sister, and cousins found Reiki to be of great help during exam time throughout school, and overcoming some of life’s other emotional stressors; university, break ups, new jobs, etc. Our family participates in Reiki in our daily lives, following the 5 principles or Reiki as a motto to live by.
5 Principles of Reiki:
• Just for today, I will not worry
• Just for today, I will not be angry
• Just for today, I will be grateful
• Just for today, I will do my work honestly
• Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing

My Vision

It is my desire that Reiki be accepted as a complementary treatment to all other health services. I believe that with regular Reiki practice one can find stability in both mental and physical health.
