I was lucky enough to experience the benefits of Reiki early on. During the tumultuous teenage years, my Mum gave me Reiki.
I relished in the peace and comfort it would bring. During a treatment it was easy to let go of whatever was happening in life at that time and become fully present and aware. Stress and anxiety would ease. I could feel myself coming back into balance.
While pregnant with my daughter I learnt Reiki 1 and practiced on myself and my growing family.
After my son was born I felt the pull to strengthen my relationship with Reiki and completed Level 2 with Wendy Watson.
I practice daily self Reiki and also give regular treatments to my family. It is a joy to now be sharing this valuable healing modality with others. Regular Reiki treatments can help sustain our happiness and wellbeing.
It is my intention to introduce Reiki to a wider community and integrate Reiki and it's many benefits into clinical healthcare settings.
I am deeply passionate about helping people from all walks of life and to see Reiki being utilised as a simple, effective way of doing this.
