(and that's just for now!)
Accepting chronic pain and adopting a holistic, active self-management approach to wellbeing led me to Reiki and Reflexology. Empathy and desire to support and empower others on their own personal journey drove me to learn and share.
Acknowledgement and thanks to Kate McKnight for setting me on the path; Sandra Rygier, Reiki Master for equipping me with the understanding and skills; Angela Melit and team at Graceville Physiotherapy for recognising the benefit of complementary therapies and integrating Reiki into the wellness program.
Gratitude to those who have, and continue to support and encourage me, and for everyone personal interaction that presents an opportunity to learn and serve.
Love and light.
Widespread recognition of the benefits and adoption of Reiki.
Practitioner collaboration - integration with other lifestyle practices, natural therapies and conventional medicine for a multi-modal approach to whole of person wellbeing.
