Join Liz Walsh, The Vitality Seeker - Reiki Master and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, for an intimate evening of rest, reflection and reconnection at True Woo, Cronulla.

Created for anyone navigating chronic illness, grief, stress, burnout or life-changing experiences, this gentle circle offers a supportive space where there is nothing to fix, prove or perform. Come exactly as you are.

The evening includes a grounding Earth altar and Blue Lotus cacao welcome ceremony, a guided Full Moon in Gemini meditation with Reiki, a release ritual incorporating the element of Air, meaningful connection, and a Full Moon gift bag with a take-home booklet.

Pause, breathe and gently reconnect with the person beneath the layers.
