Reiki Australia is a nationally constituted, not-for-profit, membership association formed in 2002 on the basis of a shared mission – to develop ‘professional’ Reiki treatment standards across the Reiki industry. We are proud of our achievements since those early days and we are proud of our reputation as Australia’s leading industry voice, but there is still so much work to do.
As a membership organisation, it’s our members that are the beating heart of all we do. So when they talk – we listen! The message we have heard, loud and clear? Now is the time to take Reiki Australia to the next level.
Inspire and help shape Reiki for the future
Reiki Australia members are committed to the work we started. They want to be ambassadors for Reiki and have confidence in the service they provide the community. Our members are aligned to our mission to raise the benchmark on Reiki treatment standards so it can sit comfortably alongside our professional healthcare partners.
Your support would be greatly appreciated in helping us to run day-to-day operations, improve access to information and resources, provide or attend events & conferences, create courses & provide further education opportunities, provide access to favourable insurance premiums, and create programs that develop knowledge on how Reiki can work alongside traditional healthcare providers. We are also also looking at widening our research resources so that Reiki practitioners have the information they need at their fingertips.
The teams who work behind the scenes of Reiki Australia are not afraid of hard work, however, in order to grow Reiki Australia to meet the demands of the work that lies ahead – we need funding and we need people like you who are willing to offer their time or expertise. If you are already a member of Reiki Australia, there is a section in your profile on the Member Portal where you can log in and select what you would like to volunteer for and how many hours a month you can offer.
